When does Dark Web generate an alert?

When I got look at the Dark Web Alerts, they are dated.  Is that when the alert was generated?  Is there a way to tell Dark Web to go scan again?  Or is there a continuous monitoring and if something is found, it generates and alert?

You cannot scan the dark web with the Dark Web Monitoring. Norton is constantly scanning the dark web, and if your registered information is found, you will see an alert.

And picks up the information there. Just as you could anyway.
