reinstall norton on my phone

I had uninstalled norton from my phone awhile back because the VPN setting was causing issues connecting to sites. I want to reinstall it on the same phone to try it again. I was given 5 devices I could install this on and have used up 4 which one of them is for the phone I removed it from. How do I reinstall but not use up the 5th device option so its recognized that this has been used before on this phone and not a new device?
