Do you run Norton Secure VPN?
R U blocking any Norton pages content?
FWIW ~ Open vault okay for me - W10 - Edge, Chrome, Firefox - NPM v7.5.3.77
Maybe, clear browser cookies n' cache.
Maybe, Sign Out all Norton - try again.

I did not start this thread but within the last few days, I am experiencing the same issue. But I am running windows 10 on my lap top and windows 11 on my desktop. I tried to run a Microsoft edge routine to clear cookies but it seemed to just run and run and no joy to get the Password Manager to work.

To go a little further, I can get to my vault on the internet. However, when I go to a website that before this began it would log me in as it should asking for username and password and inserting this information, it now just sits there at the login screen not putting forth the information to sign in. Norton, please resolve this quickly as I have used your password generator on numerous sites and there is NO way that I can remember those passwords!!!!!

Password Manager is now working correctly, as near as I can figure, on my Laptop running Windows 10. Not sure if this has anything to do with it but, my computer informed me that a new version of Edge was installed when I opened Edge. Who knows?

I've learned that the Password Manager program will not allow me to sign in and open the Vault whenever the Norton VPN in on. If I close the VPN the program opens as usual. I'm not sure if Norton has a solution for correcting this problem. If the VPN is there to protect my data it should allow me to open the Password Manager and vault when the VPN is active? OK Norton, any response? Thank You.

I'm Having the same problem and it's been on going for a while..There needs to be a fix for this.
