password manager vault and quicken vault

i have norton password manage working with chrome on my pc. i have the passwords for several of my financial institutions saved in the password vault. i also use quicken to upload and download financial transactions from my financial institutions. do do this i must enter the my user id and password for that institution prior to using the quicken upload / download feature. quicken even has its own password vault where it saves the various institutions passwords. but i need to keep the passwords the same between quicken and the norton vault. is there a was to sync the passwords in both the quicken and norton password vaults?
