Is this a normal situation?

Hi! I have a question. I'm from Ukraine and I have bought subscription for 2 years in August 2020 (subscription auto-renewal was canceled (!!!)), but now I go to my account and I see that the subscription expires in August 2023. So... Is this just free 1-year subscription from Norton? (No money has been charged in the August 2022)

You please check your E-mail Inbox as well as Spam folder for any e-mail from Norton about such offering, sometime Norton offers extra months of subscriptions for their loyal customers as a token of appreciations.

Also you could visit your Norton login Page to check your subscription details.
