Hello Erick. There is an issue where we cannot see the "current" status of Norton services due to the "date" signature not being accurate. I can suggest running the help tool linked below to see if that will resolve the issue for you.

Check your browser addon's for anything that could be blocking remote fonts, etc.

Is there any other AV installed in your system?
In which system are you installing your Norton product?

Once you finish installing.
Try running NRnR tool and select Remove Only, then download complete Norton 360 setup file from here.
This may fix your ongoing error
