Norton Says My network is suspicious

So a few days back i was infected with a trojan virus so i downloaded norton and upgraded my plan the next day,i also performed factory reset later in the day my laptop was hacked.After factory resetting i scanned my laptop and norton said my home WiFi network was suspicious but when i scanned it through norton 360 from my phone it said my network was secure. So should i be concerned??
