HP wolf security quarantining Norton files

I have an HP zBook Firefly, Windows 10.
When I run a Norton 360 scan, the HP Wolf security preinstalled by HP throws up a message saying it has quarantined the Norton file as malware.
Does this mean Norton 360 cannot scan for malware? Should I restore the quarantined file? Or should I disable or uninstall the HP Wolf security?
I'm not very tech savvy, so would welcome device.

Re: HP wolf security quarantining Norton files

Hello. There should ONLY be one anti-viral software running on any system. Having two will cause one to conflict with one another. That is what you are seeing taking place. The choice concerning which A/V solution you want to run is yours to chose, making the decision regarding which one fits your personal needs in a given environment. Only have one solution installed.

Thank you so much SoulAsylum. That makes absolute sense. I'm a long-standing user of Norton in its various versions, so will happily disable the Wolf security. Thanks for your quick reply.
