Norton Utilities Ultimate won't install

I purchased a 360 subscription with 5 downloads. I was able to download all of the modules onto my computer. But when I tried to download the modules on another computer, the Utilities Ultimate did not download. All of the other modules downloaded. I tried the recommended fixes, such as removing Norton 360 from the computer and downloading it again. It downloaded all the modules except the Utilities Ultimate. It says Download Failed next to Utilities Ultimate.  What can I do?

Norton Utilities Ultimate, NUU, is not included with a 360 subscription. It is a separate subscription and a separate app that needs to be purchased and installed separately.

If you have a subscription for NUU, you can download it from your Norton Account. Log into your Account and hover your cursor over the user icon at the top right, then click on Manage My Subscriptions. Look for your NUU subscription and click on the Download link by that listing. That will download and install your NUU product.
