How can I install Norton 360 on my pc without internet

I found this requirement under product and services at Official Norton AntiVirus + Norton 360 | View Products (2022)

Set-up: to get the protection/service started, you must download and install on each device and/or complete set-up

You can download a 360 installer here.     http://www.norton.com/cspn360  Download that to another PC and copy it to your computer. Run the installer and then connect to the internet to activate the product.

You can download from @peterweb's link above but unless it is activated online you will not be able to scan with it.
