Internet Access - why name changes?

Why do I sometimes see "wg Tunnel" Internet Access and sometimes Norton Secure VPN Internet Access in the bottom RH Corner of my screen when I connect to the Internet.

Can anyone please give me a brief explanation?

Thank you.  Yes I thought maybe I was being hacked.  Reading forum thread - it would appear this change has stirred up some concerns.
