Can't Turn Off Email Spam Filter

The instructions for turning on/off the email spam filter doesn't seem to relate to my Norton 360 installation. When I click on 'settings' there is no AntiSpam listed. Please help.

Spam filter is only for desktop Outlook and I think Thunderbird. No other email clients.
