Hello. Give this a bit of time. Norton is aware of the issue with the new interface. Most likely a backend issue on their part. Please don't try resetting your password as that may cause further issues by deleting your vault inadvertently. I'm currently NOT seeing the issue on my machines though.

We aren't privy to when Norton handles issues unfortunately. Just so I understand you properly. Your VAULT unlock password isn't working correct? And is this the initial setup of your vault or did it just stop accepting your password for no reason? The reason for asking is if you reset your vault password you could lose the contents of your vault, it isn't recoverable. Do you also use the vault on any mobile devices and can you unlock the vault there? There are times when unlocking from mobile will sync the vault to your other devices. 

Edited: An older post by Guru bjm_ may also help. Keep in mind your vault password is NOT the same as your Norton account login password.

It works now had to rest lost all passwords but it works

Thanks for the post back. Did you attempt an unlock from mobile before resetting? Just curious.

I am also experiencing this issue; Norton's advice was to simply delete my account which disappointed me greatly because I have a lot of information stored on this app.

Does anyone have an update to this?  I need access to my app, but as of 11.21.22, I'm still unable to get into it.

@EChase as posted before, ensure you are using your vault password vice your Norton account login password. Also have you attempted to unlock your vault via a mobile device with Norton installed? If you are using the Norton VPN disable it and retry.

What I am experiencing is that the Biometrics are not available on the app; I am unable to do anything at all.  App won't let me log in in any manner.  I have tried several times to reach out to Norton support, but with them telling me to delete my account I feel that there may be a greater issue that they have not been able to wrap their hands around.

I assume when you say "App" you are using mobile? If so what device? What OS?

I can only suggest that removal of the Norton PWM app and a restart of the device to clear caches. Then reinstall the app, MAY correct the issue. The 16.1.1 update was a minor one but was security related. I'm thinking that update may have corrupted something in the PWM app.
