Norton VPN

Ever since upgrading OS, Norton VPN has not worked well. I either can't get it to work at all, or it comes and goes. This is as true for Ventura as it is for older upgraded versions like Big Sur. I have uninstalled and reinstalled on every device (multiple devices times about 45 minutes per device). It works half the time, but not the other half. On some, I've seen a hack to work around this issue and it helped on some devices.  I've spent hours and hours and hours on this. I've had someone remote in and not fix it. Please figure this out. I've gone weeks now without a VPN on multiple devices.
