Blocked content (e.g. Porno) in the search is shown, only the Website is blocked.

If we make a search in internet for a video with a blocked content (we tried something with pornography), we are able to get the results of the search and see the "Video"-Picture for selecting, which is already what we would have blocked.  If we try to get to the website, then it is blocked, but it was already shown the visual content on the screen. 

What should be done to block also this content? I am not logged all the time with the Google Account, so I cannot use anyother type of control and I was expecting Norton Family to do this already from the searching content (words!)
