Standalone VPN version 6.1.0.29 LOADS each system restart when it isn't set to do so. It will also load itself at random times without any user intervention or input. This was reported during the BETA having never been officially resolved.
Additionally, in Windows services the "startup type" is also greyed out, cannot set to manual loading. This issue was also reported during the BETA and not resolved.
