Can't login into my EA account

Image in ModerationI've been having trouble singing onto EA and every time I try it gives me this error on my PC. I contacted EA Help and they couldn't help me fix the problem, so I wonder if this is somehow Nortons firewall or antivirus doing this. I'm able to sign in on to EA on my mobile phone, tablet and laptop so I'm baffled.

Have you tried clearing all browser cache and all other data?

You can also try resetting the Norton firewall and it will rebuild the traffic rules when you restart.

I did a clean boot and was able to find the problem. It was my NordVPN somehow conflicting with the EA signin page.

Thanks for posting the solution to the problem. VPNs can cause all sorts of issues.

It looks like every time I enable NordVPN in my startup settings it conflicts with EA. The only way I get the sign in page for EA is by having to disable NordVPN and restart my pc. I contacted them so I hope they find a way to fix it on their end.

It is probably not the VPN app causing any issue. Many web sites do not allow access from known VPN IP addresses. They do this for copyright, legal, security, and political reasons. There is nothing a VPN provider can or should do to circumvent these legal protections.
