Norton Utilities Premium is showing as an available download on my 360 Deluxe account page - is this free ? any good ?

Apparently, Norton Utilities Premium is now only available as a separate purchase. I received no notice of the change in the program's availability. It was available for download and activation for free from Norton for a long time with an expiration date sometime in 2050. I have used it for a while and liked the features. However, as of yesterday, December 21, 2022, my software required "reactivation" which appears to mean purchase only to get the activation key. Very frustrating, and I am not happy with this change from Norton.

Does appear Norton are reneging on a previous promise.
Same Xmas present with my account.
Clearly “Loyalty” is not considered of value to the “Marketing” team.
I shall not forget or forgive.
No warning of this and the ineffective response from Norton only supports the avaricious marketing of this product, and contempt of the loyal base!
