refund my morney

I cancelled my Norton subscription last June 14, 2022, see below chat with Norton reps, but you still went ahead and charge my credit card.

Please, kindly refund the money, I have already uninstalled Norton on my computer. This is very frustrating and not good for customers

In future if you want to discontinue in near future I am sending you steps to disable auto renewal.you can follow these steps
1. Sign to your Norton Account at 
https://my.norton.com 
2. On the upper right part of your
 screen, next to your name on the right, click on the user/person icon, then click on "My Subscriptions" in the drop down menu.
3. On the new page, beside the program
 name you will see a button to turn on/off the renewal feature.

Hello. I've asked for personal identifiable information to be removed as it doesn't meet the community standards for participation. We cannot assist with refunds here on the forums unless and Admin becomes involved. I can suggest that you use the links below until we can get someone Norton involved. The chat transcript seems to be a little bit confusing, and I read it as the agent left your subscription active because you could not get any refund anyway.

Then the agent gave you instructions to turn off the Automatic Renewal for the subscription which would have the affect of cancelling the subscription at the expiry date. Did you follow those instructions? If not, that is why you were charged again.
