I cancelled my Norton subscription last June 14, 2022, see below chat with Norton reps, but you still went ahead and charge my credit card.
Please, kindly refund the money, I have already uninstalled Norton on my computer. This is very frustrating and not good for customers

In future if you want to discontinue in near future I am sending you steps to disable auto renewal.you can follow these steps
1. Sign to your Norton Account at https://my.norton.com
2. On the upper right part of your
screen, next to your name on the right, click on the user/person icon, then click on "My Subscriptions" in the drop down menu.
3. On the new page, beside the program
name you will see a button to turn on/off the renewal feature.
