Cannot get Dark Web Monitoring to Work

This used to work for me, now it does not.  I have been trying for weeks to enroll again but all I keep getting is this error message:

I am paying for this service but cannot get it to work and though I have contacted Support I have had no reply.  

Can Norton Support please reply, or anyone offer any advice?
