mobile unlock for Norton password manager

Mobile unlock for my Norton Password Manager stopped getting notification for last few days. Tried to switch it off and then on from desktop- It didn't work. Re-installed password manager from mobile and enabled notification as per instructions on Help sheet. Its still not working. 

Need advise on how to enable it or if there is some software issue?

All Nortons produkts on Android 13 has big problems password Manager is the one whit biggest problems

I'm still on Android 12. Even manage my devices on Desktop is not working - It continues to show buffering.

Are you still seeing this buffering issue while adding mobile device for unlock notification?
