Impossibile installare norton 360 su s22 ultra

I bought Norton 360 premium. Downloaded the android app on my samsung s22 ultra. It crashes immediately after half a second. Android 1 one ui 4.1 Uninstalled and downloaded several times even with cache cleaning. Nothing to do. Advice ? Ho acquistato Norton 360 premium. Scaricato l'app per android su samsung s22 ultra. Are there any error messages when the app crashes? 

Are you using Android 12 or 13?

Do you have any other security apps on this device?
