Norton 360 Deluxe: Secure VPN lässt sich nicht starten

Hallo,
vorab als Info: ich habe Norton 360 Deluxe ganz neu und zum ersten Mal installiert (Windows 10 Pro) - bin also absoluter Anfänger, was Norton betrifft.
Die Installation lief ohne Probleme, allerdings kann ich Secure VPN nicht aktivieren.
So sieht das bei mir aus:

Klicke ich dann auf aktivieren kommt dies:

Das bleibt dann 2-3 Sekunden so und dann kommt wieder das erste Bild.
Mache ich etwas falsch? Kann mir bitte mal jemand helfen?
