Password Manager stopped working

I am running Norton 360 Premium with MS Edge on Windows 10. I have been using NPM for years. For some reason, the icon does not appear in Edge although the extension is installed and turned on, it does not ask to save new passwords, and it does not assist in filling in old passwords. When I open the Norton 360 app, it shows a checkmark in green circle for Password Manager and says Monitoring active. The only option for Password Manager is "Set up". Clicking on it does nothing. I get no error messages or codes.
It has worked fine in the past and I can't think of anything I may have done that would change that.
Additional problem: when trying to subscribe so I'll be notified of responses to this post, if I click the box, nothing happens. If I choose the Subscribe link, I get an HTTP error 403.
