Using pre paid card, do not want auto-renewal. SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ENTER BANK DETAILS

Why are you asking for bank details that I do not wish to enter, and should not have to enter (for something I already paid for)? I use pre paid card subscriptions and DO NOT want auto renewal. Never needed to do this before when it was bullguard. Cannot even take the card and get my money back as you didn't make the demand until after I scratched the foil from the card. I am furious about this.
