I'm having trouble installing Norton Family on my computer. Every time I try to install the software, I receive the error message "Un autre produit Norton a été détecté et en cours de suppression," which indicates that another Norton product is being removed. I've already checked and removed any previous Norton products from my computer, but I'm still encountering this error message.

I've followed the steps recommended by Norton support, including uninstalling any previous Norton products, restarting my computer, and attempting to install Norton Family again. However, I'm still unable to install the software.
