Norton 360 VPN not connecting

I have not been able to connect to the VPN with Win 10 PC. I did all the resets in the help section and still getting the Not connected try later. I tried changing regions and still will not connect... I have had this issue for over 2 months now. It was working fine then just died. I have searched the net and I have tried everything and NO go. My PC is up to date  all drivers and software are up to date.

I had the same problem, it was caused by having a torrent program running I stopped that and the VPN connected.
