Safe search quick links

How do I remove  Quick Links from the first line. I paid ALOT of money for all of my Norton products. I do not need to have this passive advertisement forced upon me. This also is contrary to why I have Nortons on my computer! Is Nortons stating to me that  they are the only company that can use this Orwellian advertisement and control of my desktop? If I wanted this on my computer, I would put it on there myself.

Quick links on the 1st row are sticky ones which does not offer edit/remove option

Quick links on 2nd row are custom ones, which you can add/edit/remove
