Norton 360 REFUSES to accept my password

I am desperate for a solution. EVERY minute or less, sometimes every 30 seconds, the "Threats Blocked" box comes up on my screen. I click the box option "view details". SECURITY HISTORY-ADVANCED DETAILS box comes up with the Stop Notifying Me option. I click it. Enter PASSWORD box come us. It NEVER accepts my password. Always ERROR. I have tried numerous times resetting my password so i know each time my password is valid. This is driving me crazy. I can't change settings. Help. Please.
