PWM Issues Since Version 22.23.1.21 Was Installed

Two Issues:

1) Accessing PWM on my iPhone 12 results in popup that states "Error while communicating with server."  Pressing "Retry", the screen goes to the normal id screen, scans my face, and opens PWM.  This started after the latest release.  Screenshot uploaded.

2) When accessing my online bank app on myiPhone 12, PWM fails to load the password.  Instead, it freezes after the facial id is performed; it does nothing else.  The screen is unresponsive.  This, too, started after the latest release.  Screenshot uploaded.

FYI.   Norton Password Manager, NPM. is not affected by any updates to Norton 360. So any issues you saw around the time your 360 got updated is purely coincidental.

As you are seeing multiple issues I would suggest reinstalling your NPM app. Uninstall the app, then restart your device and then reinstall and sign in and test.

ther is comming a new update to PWM 8.0.2.65 it fix a lot of problems a small password is goodt

I followed your advice and voila!  Both issues solved!  Earlier I uninstalled/reinstalled the app, but I didn't restart the device.  Your solution is very much appreciated.  I was on the verge of replacing NPM with another password manager, but good fortune intervened with your assistance.  Thank you very much!
