Norton Secure VPN Blocks Printer Offline

I have tried the solution provided in https://community.norton.com/en/forums/norton-secure-vpn-blocks-printer-.... I have an Epson  ET-3830 and I cannot find what is the software that I need to add for the split tunnel exclusion. I am running Windows 11.

Hello. The first question is, does Windows 11 properly see the printer and was its software installed correctly? Are you running Windows 11 in S mode? This site is the download for your printing software, make sure you select Windows 11.

I cannot add my printer due to being blocked by the VPN and when I turn it off, I still cannot add my printer. Trying to add a HP deskjet 3772 it states it cannot be found. When I follow HP guidelines it adds printer to world web and I do  not want that. Adding printer to an HP laptop Windows 10

How can I add printer to VPN so it stays secure

Updating the Epson drivers with VPN turned on seems to have fixed the issue

@Mema You can get the correct software for your printer here. That may correct your issue as it did for  NWDoodle.
