How to add computer to Norton 360 Deluxe

I am not sure how to use this facility or where to read answers.

I have a new HP Windows 11. I have Norton 360 Deluxe with 4 out of 5 devices.

I deleted the protection conflict and tried to download from Norton but was told I could not as I had to go to the store.

So, I did go to the store, downloaded and installed. It turns out to be a temporary copy of Norton 360 (not Deluxe).

How do I resolve this and add this computer to my Norton 360 Deluxe?

Hello Larry. Is your install of Windows 11 an S mode version? If so you must download the app for Norton from the Microsoft store. If I am reading correctly that appears to be what you have done. To activate that app please follow the below article:
