live update fails continuously

Live update has failed for the past 15 days.  no indication of why.  i have an imac running Ventura 13.2.1

This is exactly what is happening to me.  I have imac running Ventura 13.3.1.  It's driving me nuts and I have contacted norton 3 times with no solutions. They have uninstalled 3 times and I have uninstalled and reinstalled about 20 times. Even tried removing all norton files via terminal.  No solutions. What a time waster! Have you had any luck fixing it DavidL?

I'm trying to install Norton 360 on my MacBook Pro using Ventura 13.3.1(a), I follow the Norton Full Disk Access advice e.g. removing then re-adding full access for Norton System Extension, but the install keeps failing with message "You haven't finished Setup and your computer is not protected".   Does anyone have a solution?
