Application blocking doesn't work on MacBook Air M1

Hi, the Application blocking feature doesn't work on a Apple MacBook Air M1 (MacOS Ventura), it works only the first time, when I install the Norton 360 app, after that, every time that I turn on the Macbook, it doesn't block anything. I tried, several times, to uninstall ad reinstall the app and nothing changes, it works just the first time. I own an intel Mac too (macOS Monterey) and everything works fine.

please, someone have any idea or has reported the same issue?
