I'm told me device is incompatible.

I have a Samsung J3 phone that I'm told is incompatible. What should I do?

Hello Soulman32. What version Android is currently installed? Android 8 is required for a "clean install" on the Norton mobile app. If you already have the app installed on Android 7 it will still work, but, will not get product updates with new features. The announcement link is below for reference. There SHOULD be an update for Android 8 if you are on version 7 or earlier. Check with your provider if you are not on version 8 for the update.

Re: I'm told me device is incompatible.

I had a Samsung J7 Sky Pro that was not compatible because the OS was Android 6 with no possibility to update it.

I bought a new phone and actually even though it cost quite a bit I was very happy because it was much faster, had much more storage space and could run many more apps including Norton 360 that the J7 could not. Now running Android 13 which has lots more functionality.
