i CAN'T RUN BACKUP BECAUSE IT BARS ME FROM USING INTERNET. DNS ERROR

I have Norton Security Ultra. I keep receiving alerts that the back up has not been completed and my files are at risk with the suggestion to fix it by running Back up again. But if I run the function I'm unable to use the Internet with advisories of DNS error. Help please.

Thank you SA..! I did try to clear the DNS, to no avail. I then remembered there have been some power outages the last two weeks and I decided to run the Backup function at night when we are not using Internet. I looked at the report card after the operation had finished and had confirmation it had completed successfully and it has functioned impeccably ever since. Oh, I almost forgot, prior to my trying it I disabled Windows 11 Cloud function which I think entered into conflict with Backup.

Thanks for the post back. I'm a bit confused with what Microsoft Windows product you have. Do you have Windows 365 installed? Enterprise edition or managed via a cloud account? Or something similar to what is below?
