It automatically charged on my card even though I did turned off auto renew

Last year I successfully turned off auto renew on my account page but today I noticed why it automatically charged on my card without permission?? I haven't use Norton 360 since I turned off auto renewal and uninstalled Norton 360 PLEASE HELP

When did you uninstall 360? Had you made another purchase of 360 since you turned off Automatic Renewal? That would have turned the auto renewal back on.

Same here!!!! 2 months ago, it automatically charged on my card even though I did turned off auto renewal since I uninstalled Norton since I haven't buy Norton. Recently I changed my card
