can not navigate website

Please help. I am a senior and I can not navigate the website, https:// my.norton.com if I start there I can bot find my dashboard, under device security it said I have a "issue" with ofmypcs, says go to norton security, where is that? how do I get there? Ism there a phone number where some one will answer general questions? could you please give me step by step instructions on how to get to an online chat that is a real person. I am so frustrated. I have been a long time customer, can I not get a customer service PERSON to answer some of my questions? I would even like to email customer service, if anyone knows how. Thankso much to listening to me, I pray someone can help me.
