This a.m. all of a sudden PWM is not working in Chrome. You can see the icon in the ribbon but clicking it only brings up that it is an extension. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleaned temp folder in Windows nothing is working.

Same problem in firefox. Worked at 07:00 now not working.

Macbook Air M1 2020 user here.
The Norton password manager extension is not working in Chrome or Safari as of 8:00 AM. Both browsers have the latest update. Mac OS has Ventura and all updates installed.

Same problem in Edge and Chrome. Left click extension icon in browser: does nothing. Right click brings up options for the extension but can't open Password Manager in web. In Windows 11 My Norton app, Password Manager, Access Vault go to this url in browser but does nothing: identitysafe.norton.com/csp_vaultaccess.html . I can still access my Password Manager Vault through the Norton Password Manager ios app on my iPhone.
I did subscribe to a trial version of the Norton Privacy Monitor a couple of hours ago so don't know if that has caused the problem.
Need a fix real soon!!!

I just rebooted my PC and NPWM is now functional again (I don't if the reboot resolved the issue or the issue was resolved by Norton about the same time I did the reboot).

The restart did not work for me earlier.
It appears that there is an update but the extension has not installed the newest update. my current version of NPWM in Chrome on Mac is 8.0.3.86.
The latest version on the Chrome web store is 8.0.4.31
I am not sure why the extension did not auto-update, there was no option to install from a right-click or to check for updates from the extension.
After uninstalling the NPWM extension and reinstalling it is now working and on the latest version.

Just spoke to Norton Support. Here is their response to this June 9th supported issue.
I would like to inform you that this issue is from back end and our team is working on it. Please do not worry, it will be resolved in next 4-5 hours.

I found that I had to go into the settings and then to extensions. I selected the Norton Password Manager extension (using the dots for "more actions" and selected "manage extension." I found the checkbox for "Allow access to file URLs" and selected it. After I saved this change and closed and reopened the browser, my vault was available to unlock again.
