Norton Password Manager has just stopped working in edge and Chrome.
When I click on the Grey'ed out Icon, nothing happend, whereas I received an approve message on my mobile yesterday or I could login manually to the password manager app.
Now nothing happens.
Any ideas?

Password manager working okay on iphone, so know service is up and running.
I can also login to Norton and get password manager working okay.
Issue is with the browser extension.

This stopped working in FireFox, Chrome, and Edge on Windows 10 and 11 This morning after 7am sometime. Restart your computer and it should start working again. I did this with 2 of my computers and it worked. Hope this helps.

I had tried restarting, even tried removing PWM, restarting then adding PWM again but same result.
I used the Norton Software Updater to make sure all apps up to date and low and behold, there was a couple of MS updates.
After a fresh restart, all working again.
Maybe just a case of Norton & MS being a little out of step.
All's well that ends.......
