Password manager extension will not start on chrome nor edge

Password manager not working on any of my 3 computers.  It is working okay on my phone because I did NOT shut it down overnight as I did with the computers.  Password manager was working fine yesterday.  Restarted 3 computers today and password manager would not start up on chrome or edge.  Performed file cleanup and restart to no avail. Removed and reinstalled PM extension to no avail. The version number is 8.0.4.31.  When I click the icon it brightens but does not start.  

I can open the vault on the Norton website. 

What do I do?

you got the new version the old version work fine ther proberly is a bug in the new version i got the 8.0.3.86 thats the old one report the bug to norton and they fix it
