Norton Security Antispam - blocked list folder location in my PC

I would like to move the list of identified spam addresses from my PC to a new notebook. Where is the list location in my PC or can I simply export/import to move the list from one installation to another?

AFAIK there is no way to access the data for this feature. There is no Export/Import feature in 360 for any features or settings. Many have asked for this in the past, but no movement from Norton on the request. 

It is possible that this information is stored in encrypted form so any malware would not be able to access these things to steal information or change settings.
