I GOT HACKED !!! Icant log into my vault because they changed the password to valt . what can i do ?

Any idea who 'they' are and why they would hack your password vault? 

Be sure you are not confusing your Norton Account password and your vault password. You may have been signed out of your Norton Account in the Norton Password Manager extension. If you are being asked for your email, you need to then enter your Norton Account password. Then you will be asked for your vault password.

If you are sure the vault password has been compromised/changed, there is nothing you can do the regain access if you cannot get the new password. If you need to protect the login information all you can do is reset your vault, which will delete all logins you have stored in the vault. To do this, start the vault login process by logging into your Norton Account. Then when asked for the vault password, enter an incorrect password three times. After the 3 time, look for a link to reset the vault. Click that and follow the directions. This will reset the vault with no information. You will have to start saving your logins in your new vault.
