The VPN restricts the speeds!

When I use the VPN and I watch videos I have the videos that freeze!
When I test the connection speed, I realize that the speed is very low. Yet I use a nearby server in France or Belgium.
Why such slowdowns?

I used to have this problem, then I checked VPN and reinstalled VPN premium apk app from modfyp.com website, problem solved.
