Why Is Hulu showing I am not in US when trying to log in is it the VPN

If you have the VPN active, it could be causing this issue. What virtual location are you using for your VPN? If using a non US location that would definitely cause the message.

Also, many web sites do not allow access from known VPN IP addresses. They do this for copyright, legal, security, and political reasons. There is nothing a VPN provider can or should do to circumvent these legal protections.
