Monitoring YouTube video for children

Dear All,

I notice that Norton Family monitoring yotube videos only via browser and not via app; Is it nomal? 

I'm trying another app called "Quostodio" and it works without problems with youtube app.

It's very strange the Norton does not permitt this kind of control.

Can you help me please?

Thanks for reaching out to Norton Family Forum.

We regret to inform you that we currently do not allow video monitoring within the YouTube App. We will definitely convey this suggestion to our product management team. 

However, please be noted that you can block the YouTube app altogether under App Supervision, while video monitoring is supported in Google Chrome and Norton Family Parental Control Browser for Android Clients.
