no key code for trial subscription?

I just signed up for a free 60 day trial of Norton AntiTrack. It's listed in my account subscriptions as available to download on additional devices. However, when I follow the directions and download the app from the Play Store, I'm asked for a "key code" to complete the installation. My problem is no key code is included in my confirmation or in my list of subscriptions. There key codes for my 360 sub. and my Utilities sub but none for the antitrack.

Did you register the trial in your Norton Account?

When you are asked for the key code, look for a link for I already have a subscription. Tapping on that and signing into your Norton Account should activate the product.

Yesterday when I clicked on "signin" nothing would happen. So I tried the Product Key button. As stated above no Key could be found on my list of subscriptions.

This morning, after receiving your reply, I tried again and signing in worked and AntiTrack was suddenly on my cell screen. Not sure what happened or why, but it worked!

I appreciate your help.
