i will never suggest Norton to my friend

My credit card was disconnected for the payment before. Unfortunatley it was charged finally. I have spoken to Norton and they agreeded  refund for me since May 2023. It takes almost 2 months, no one respone me until now.

Are you reporting that you did receive your refund?

The only way to 'disconnect your credit card' is to remove your payment information from your Norton Account. This will disable the automatic renewal feature.

My case number 77714494, i have disconnected & removed my credit card information for payment. Please check your system and follow up my refund coz your account department had charged me even i did removed my information on the platform.

These forums are user to user help. We have no access to customer accounts and billing information. 

How did you request your refund? You need to try contacting Norton Support again to see why it is taking so long for your refund.  www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
