Keep Norton password manager open when closing Chrome browser.

Password manager works when I open it in Chrome browser but closes when I exit Chrome.  How can I keep Password Manager from closing?

try -> chrome://settings/system ->
Continue running background apps when Google Chrome is closed

I already have that selected but that does not solve the problem.

Hmm....just tested....seems to work, for me. 

Norton Password Manager 8.0.4.39
Chrome 115.0.5790.102
W10 Home 21H2

I deselected it and also deselected "use hardware acceleration..." and then reselected "continue running..." and that solved the problem.
