Thank you for reaching out to the Norton Family forum.

Currently the product supports configuring daily time limit only at devices level. you can apply daily time limit either for an individual device or multiple devices grouped by platform. 

So there is no setting to apply daily time limit to a profile however we will consider this request for future.
